Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Replyd AI, a customer-messaging platform operated by Replyd AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Replyd AI lets a business connect its messaging channels (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, email) and its Shopify store to a shared inbox, with AI-assisted replies, order notifications, and marketing automations. Features depend on your plan and on the third-party platforms you connect.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have the authority to connect the accounts and stores you link — connect only channels your business owns or is authorized to operate.
- You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.
3. Acceptable use — messaging rules
These are conditions of use, not suggestions. You must not use Replyd AI to:
- send marketing messages to people who have not opted in, or continue messaging anyone who has opted out — STOP requests are enforced by the platform and must not be circumvented;
- violate the policies of the platforms you connect, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and Shopify’s API terms;
- send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful content, or sell prohibited goods;
- upload contact lists you do not have the right to use;
- probe, disrupt, or attempt to access other workspaces’ data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and platform providers may independently restrict your connected accounts for policy violations — that is between you and them.
4. Your customers’ data
Between you and us, you own your customer data. You are its controller and warrant that you have a lawful basis to process it through the service; we process it on your instructions as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for responding to your customers’ privacy requests; we provide tooling (including automated deletion flows) to help.
5. AI features
AI-generated replies are drafted from your store data and conversation context. They can be wrong. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account, including automated ones — review your configuration, use escalation rules for sensitive topics, and correct errors promptly.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Platform messaging fees (e.g. WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta) are separate and your responsibility unless your plan states otherwise. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next billing cycle.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the service and its software. You retain all rights to your content and data. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process them to provide the service.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and depends on third-party platforms whose APIs and policies change outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
10. Termination
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; your data is deleted following the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate for breach of these terms, and will give notice where the breach is curable.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
