Does it work with my Shopify store?
Yes. Connect your Shopify store in a couple of clicks and Replyd AI reads live order status, tracking and customer history to answer accurately and confirm COD orders. Support for more platforms is on the way.
What does WhatsApp messaging cost?
WhatsApp charges per business-initiated conversation (Meta’s rates, which vary by country and message type). We pass those through at cost — Replyd AI adds nothing on top — and show you the estimated cost before every campaign. Customer service replies inside an open conversation window are free.
Is my customer data isolated from other brands?
Completely. Every brand’s data lives in its own tenant, enforced at the database level — one merchant’s customers, orders and messages are never visible to another. Your knowledge base and settings are yours alone.
Can my team take over from the AI?
Any time. A human can jump into any conversation, and the AI steps back. You can also set the AI to pause on certain keywords or hand off automatically when a customer asks for a person.
